Return and Refund
Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, Exchanges and Delivery Policy.
Step 1: Raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery for wrong, expired, for damaged, or missing products. You can submit your request via support@onemillennia.in, including your package unboxing videos and contact details (mandatory).
Step 2: Your complaint will be reviewed in 3-4 business days for return or replacement request.
Step 3: If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
Step 4: Once we receive the product(s), we will verify your claim. Based on verification, we will process a replacement or refund.
Note: Replacements depend on stock availability.
Conditions for Returning or Replacing a Product
You may request a return or replacement under the following circumstances:
● Wrong product delivered.
● Expired product delivered.
● Damaged product delivered (e.g., physical damage, tampered packaging).
● Incomplete order such as missing items.
Conditions Where Returns or Replacements Will Not Be Accepted
● Opened, used, or altered products.
● Missing original packaging (including mono cartons, seal/shrink wrap, labels, etc.)
● Expired, damaged, wrong, or missing products reported after 48 hours from the delivery date.
How Are Returns Processed?
● Once you submit a return request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
● The product is then sent to us for a quality check.
● Upon successful quality verification, the refund or replacement process is initiated.
Can I Cancel My Order?
● You can cancel your order by selecting the CANCEL button on the Order Details
page under the My Account section.
● Provide a reason for cancellation, and we will handle the rest.
Note:
● Orders can only be cancelled until the status is marked as “Ready to Ship” via Email
● One Millennia reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice and may verify orders through verbal or written confirmation before shipping.
How Will I Receive My Refund for Cancelled or Returned Products?
● The refund will be processed to your original payment method (bank account, credit card, or debit card) within 7 business days.
Refund Timelines
● Cancelled Orders: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of cancellation.
● Returned Orders: Refunds are processed after:
1. The product is received back to us.
2. The quality check is successfully completed.
The entire process for returns typically takes up to 14 days after the product pickup.
Can I Return Part of My Order?
Yes, partial returns are allowed. You can return any eligible products within 48 hours of delivery.
